打开 NetBeans 11.0，File > New Project，选择 Java with Ant 分类下的 Java Application。 项目名随意，这里以 DemoAntLib 为例。 如果不需要 IDE 生成的 main 类，把创建主类那个勾选去掉也行，不影响后续操作。 项目创建完成后，在项目节点上右键，选择新建文件夹，命名为 lib 。
